PREMI DE RESIDÈNCIA DTERRA D'OBJECTES ARTESANALS

The Dterra Award was born out of our continuing commitment to supporting and promoting contemporary arts and crafts. It is aimed at students of all ages and nationalities who are exploring new ways of using, modifying and applying different materials in an innovative but crafted way. The winner will receive a fortnight’s stay in Sant Cugat, including use of the workshop and mentoring at Dterra.

JOYA – WORTH

In each edition we will reward an individual artist—selected by the jury after registering the highest score—with the opportunity to become part of JOYA Barcelona Art Jewellery & Objects. The prize is the opportunity to become the face of the next edition of JOYA and their piece of art jewellery will be promoted in the media.
On its 11th anniversary, JOYA Barcelona will acknowledge the effort and work of the artists taking part. The winner of this edition will join Worth Project, receiving a grant to undertake new artistic projects.

AUTOR AWARD

AUTOR contemporary and art jewellery fair, Bucharest, Romania. Dan Piersinaru, director and founder of the only fair of its kind in south-eastern Europe, will personally select one artist who will receive the AUTOR Award, representing JOYA at the 19th edition in spring 2020.

ENJOIA'T, PREMIOS DE JOYERíA CONTEMPORÁNEA

The ENJOIA’T Contemporary Jewelry Awards have taken place annually over the past 25 years, acknowledging the most outstanding contemporary creations in the jewellery industry. The awards have therefore become an important meeting point for professional and student jewellers from all over the world, as part of Barcelona Jewellery Week. The ENJOIA’T Awards acknowledge designs that question and transgress the limits of contemporary jewellery creation through originality, technical quality and conceptual richness. With international jewellers taking part in the awards, ENJOIA’T has become a showcase for the industry’s latest trends from a range of cultural perspectives.

Grupo Duplex and its magazine, Arte y Joya, will present an award to one of the artists taking part in the 9th edition of the Contemporary Jewellery Yearbook 2019-2020. An independent jury of well known personalities from the art and jewellery world will select the winner. The award consists of a major communications campaign in the group’s magazines and an international promotional campaign.

ATHENS JEWELLERY WEEK AWARD

The Anticlastics will give the AJW award to an artist who raises her/his voice regarding issues closely related to refugees and minority groups and that through his/her work comments on discriminations and racism of any kind (including social, religious, racial, ethnic, national and sexual) imposed on them.
The winner will be invited to participate at the central exhibition Art + Jewelry : Intersecting Spaces of Athens Jewelry Week 2020 at Benaki Museum.
